Started at 117kg with no fitness background during engineering. Built the system from scratch, tested it on myself, and won gold at ICN Hyderabad 2025 (I Compete Natural), a globally recognised drug-tested federation.

Common Questions

Do I need to go to a gym?

No. I design programmes for home, gym, or wherever you prefer. If you have 30 minutes and a floor, we can work with that.

How does coaching actually happen?

Everything is over WhatsApp. You receive a weekly check-in link every Monday and have direct access to me. Simple as that.

Will this work with Indian food?

Absolutely. I eat Indian food. My clients eat Indian food. Sustainable nutrition is about principles, not cuisine restrictions.

How much time do I need daily?

The check-in takes three minutes a week. Workouts can be 30 to 45 minutes. This is designed around your schedule, not an imaginary ideal.

Do you only coach in Guwahati?

No. I coach clients across India entirely via WhatsApp. Location does not matter at all.

What is the final price?
